916 Kiss Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & Policies for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 916 Kiss platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 916 Kiss as the platform provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 916 Kiss platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the 916 Kiss platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or above on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or an individual physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not prohibited by any applicable local laws or regulations from participating in online gaming activities.

• Having full legal capacity to enter into agreements and not acting on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 916 Kiss. This includes one account per IP address, device, and phone number. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Registration Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. 916 Kiss is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

4. Deposit & Payment

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

916 Kiss accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 916 Kiss does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals at 916 Kiss are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as your 916 Kiss account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

5.2 Processing Time

• Regular Member: 15 minutes to 2 hours for withdrawals within the daily limit.
• Silver VIP members and above: 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Gold & Diamond VIP members: 10 minutes to 30 minutes (priority processing).

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• All active bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a specified limit.
• 916 Kiss reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if suspicious account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 916 Kiss are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet limit while a bonus is active is RM 20 per bet unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The validity period for each bonus is 7 calendar days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash, transferred, or used on excluded games.

6.2 Rollover Calculation

Rollover is calculated based on the total amount wagered using bonus funds only. Wagers placed with real (non-bonus) money do not count towards the rollover calculation. Example: a bonus of RM 100 with a 15x rollover requires RM 1,500 in total wagers using that bonus.

916 Kiss reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: use of automated software or bots, opposing bets (hedging) across multiple accounts, coordination between players to manipulate promotional terms, or any action deemed to constitute promotional fraud.

7. Game Rules

All games at 916 Kiss — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, live casino, and Sports Betting — have specific rules available on their respective game pages. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on system records maintained by 916 Kiss.
• All digital games use an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 916 Kiss is not liable for any losses resulting from a misunderstanding of the rules.
• For Sports Betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once system confirmation has been issued.

• Granting another party access to your account to use on your behalf.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your 916 Kiss account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible withdrawals will be processed and any bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 Suspension by 916 Kiss

916 Kiss reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

12. Amendment of Terms
